Vireō1. Acceptance
These terms set out the conditions for using Vireō, an automation and monitoring platform for controlled environments. By using the platform, you agree to these conditions.
2. Permitted use
Use Vireō lawfully, responsibly and consistent with its purpose. It is prohibited to compromise security, interfere with operation, access data without authorization, or engage in abusive or illegal use.
3. Automations and equipment
You are responsible for correctly reviewing and configuring automations, rules, schedules, sensors, relays and other devices. Check the suitability, safe installation and protections of connected equipment. Test automations before relying on them in sensitive situations and maintain supervision and contingency plans.
4. Account and credentials
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and restrict access to authorized people. Account activity is your responsibility, except for a failure demonstrably attributable to the platform.
5. Availability, maintenance and updates
We aim to keep Vireō available and stable. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure, connectivity, power, third-party devices or events beyond reasonable control. Features may be fixed, updated, replaced or discontinued when necessary.
6. Limitation of liability
Vireō assists with management but does not replace human inspection, proper electrical installation, physical safety systems or contingency plans. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there is no liability for damages caused by incorrect configuration, equipment failure, loss of connectivity, incompatible use or third-party action.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abusive, illegal use, use harmful to security, or use contrary to these terms. Whenever reasonable, the seriousness of the case and the possibility of correction will be considered.

These terms may change according to the platform, services or applicable requirements. The current version and revision date will be published on this page.
